ABOUT  PEDRO

Screenwriter and director based in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia and almost anywhere Netflix is available.

Burger King, Red Bull, Endesa, Cepsa, Wallapop, Ford, Mixta, 13th Street Chanel, ONCE, Farmaindustria, Letsbonus, Intex, UAX and Mahou among other great brands, have relied on him to direct their advertising campaigns.

​

His music videos for some of the Spanish most relevant artists score over 300 million hits on youtube.

Showrunner and Director of the tv series L'ULTIMA NIT DEL KARAOKE (2021).

Education:

Audiovisual Communication Degree from Cardenal Herrera CEU University. 

 

Specialized in filmaking at the Swedish University of Arts, Culture and Communication in Malmö, where he directed his first works. Low budget short films with extraordinary reception in festivals.

 

KISSTHE BRIDE (2006) joined the Official Section of the most important film festival of Sweden International film festival of Goteborg, and obtained several national awards.

 

Back in Spain, he settled in Barcelona where he studied the Master Degree in Film Direction and the Postgraduate Degree in D.O.P. at ESCAC.

​

His work EL MONTE DELA LUNA (2009), premiered at the 62nd Cannes Film Festival, was proclaimed the Best Spanish short film of 2009 by the Spanish Short Film Agency (ACE).

Awards & Nominations:

Best Commercial and Best Novel Director Award at the National Advertising Production Awards, and Silver and Bronze Suns in the Ibero-American Festival of Advertising Communication of Bilbao.

His debut feature, BLUE RAI, has received the Audience Award in the Zonazine section of the Malaga Film Festival (2017).
